Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept Premera and Aetna (Microsoft/Amazon employees) as out-of-network providers. Please bring your insurance card and photo ID to your first appointment. All intake forms must be completed electronically prior. If you are not an Amazon or Microsoft employee but want to know if your insurance is accepted, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:

  1. Do I have massage benefits? If so, how many visits per year?

  2. Does my plan cover out-of-network providers?

  3. Do I have to meet a deductible before visits are covered? What is the copay?

Please note that a credit card must be on file and will be charged for the day of service rate (60 minutes/$100) if insurance does not pay after billing.

Do you accept HSA cards?

Yes!

Will I be charged if I can not make it to my appointment?

We ask for at least 24 hour notice to cancel; otherwise, there will be a $50 charge.
